Shredwell tire debeader is specially designed for debeading tires and taking our the wire cord from tyres before shredding, based on approval American technologies and our own patent.
Shredwell tire debeader is designed with American technologies, machine structure is made of heavy duty steel to keep stability. Consists of motor, hydraulic system, drawing hook, drawing device,etc. the drawing mouth and jut the drawing hook out the to hook steel wire of tire bead, then turn on the start button, it can pull out the whole steel wire by the strong force from hydraulic cyclinder. Meanwhile the rubber part of tire is torn because of the drawing mouth block it. Thus get the effect of separating smoothly.
