Fiber Reinforced Polymer or Fiber Reinforced Plastic(FRP)is formed by reinforced fiber material, such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, etc., and matrix material through winding, molding or pultrusion and other molding processes composite material. According to the different reinforcing materials, common fiber reinforced composites are divided into glass fiber reinforced composites (GFRP), carbon fiber reinforced composites (CFRP) and aramid fiber reinforced composites (AFRP).
Because fiber-reinforced composite materials have the following characteristics: (1) high specific strength and specific modulus; (2) material properties are designable: (3) good corrosion resistance and durability; (4) thermal expansion coefficient and concrete similar. These characteristics enable FRP materials to meet the needs of modern structures to develop large spans, high towers, heavy loads, light weight and high strength, as well as the development of work under harsh conditions, and also meet the requirements of the development of modern building construction industrialization, so they are more and more widely used. It is used in various civil buildings, bridges, highways, oceans, hydraulic structures and underground structures.


Description:
Single shaft shredder uses the interaction of movable cutter heads and fixed knives to tear, cut and extrude the material into small size. It can be available for shredding a wide range of materials including plastic, wood, rubber, and paper etc. The cutter head is consists of basic shaft and pieces of quadrangle cutter. There are four edges which are easy to change. 'V' shaped rotary cutters are fixed on single shaft. The fixed cutter is mounted at an angle in adjacent to rotary cutter to achieve better cutting. The material is grabbed between 'V'shaped rotary cutters and fixed cutter shreds repeatedly. During the grinding process, the evenly cutting, saving of energy and reducing of noise are ensured by the installation of 'V' shape rotor knives. Also the knives are very easy to install and remove.

Working principle:
The motor drives the shaft to make knife rotates in high speed, the material are put to between the knife shaft and fixed knife, the materials are shredder, the qualified size will discharge from the screen mesh, the oversize material will be send back for re shredding. The final product size can be adjusted by changing the final product size.

8.Hydraulic station:The ram pressure and timing can be adjusting to suit different materials. The machine can be fitted with wind cooled two-speed pump.


Rotor:

1.High Performance Rotor:
The rotor is our standard rotor,suitable for processing a wide range of materials at high speed. Materials include plastic, wood, paper, fibre, cable and etc.
2.Hand Material Rotor:
The rotor is designed specifically for processing hard materials such as ABS,PC,Nylon and etc. The Blade holders are sub-set deeper into the shaft to reduce the impact on the blades and shaft.
3.Plastic Film Rotor: The rotor is designed specifically for processing films. Sub-set block blades in the shaft prevent film from wrapping around the rotor and hardox surface on the rotor protects the shaft against abrasion from sand and dirt.


Shredding Process:
1.The hydraulic ram pushes the material against the rotor at a pre-set speed.
2.The material is shredded by the rotor teeth.
3.The hydraulic ram maintains the pressure against the rotor, maximizing output of shredded materials.
