Mainly used to preliminarily break large photovoltaic panel modules into smaller blocks.This series of dual axis shredders has the characteristics of low speed,high torque, and low noise. It adopts a computer PLC programming control series.

Further break the shredded material into smaller particles.Hammer crushers are suitable for crushing materials including plastics, alloys, and metals. Various scrap metals, circuit boards,cans, copper aluminum radiators, etc. are broken into clusters to improve the speed of reprocessing.

It is used for powder processing of materials such as PE, PVC, PP,PS, ABS, nylon, EVA, PET, etc.The material is ground by a high-speed rotating grinding disc or roller to achieve the required particle size for recycling.Final particle size:20-120mesh.

1.The production line adopts negative pressure feeding to avoid overflow and dust.
2.The main part of the noise generated during the operation of this production line is generated during the crushing of materials by hammer crushers and powder mills, and soundproof cotton is installed for overall sealing. Install a silencer at the outlet of the fan. The overall equipment noise is controlled below 95 decibels.
3.The equipment temperature mainly refers to the temperature generated by the grinding machine when crushing materials. A chiller can be configured to reduce the temperature during the operation of the grinding machine, prolong its service life, and achieve better crushing effect.
