Double-stage reclaimed pelletizing production line is the ideal equipment for plastic pelletizer, especially for PP, PE film waste, HDPE, PP, BOPP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, ABS, EPE, EPS, XPS, stretch film Non-woven fabrics, woven bags, solid materials recovered, crushed material recovery and granulation. The production line has the advantages of novel design, reasonable structure, stable operation, low noise, low power consumption and high output.

Description:
This plastic granulator machine for waste plastic recycling is used to make plastic flakes into pellets or granules.
And Double stage pelletizing line is especially good for the raw material which contains high moisture, high impurities.
The first stage extruder adopts exhaust type barrel screw, which can effectively de-gassing and eliminate the moisture and contamination;
And the second extruder usually adopts small L/D extruder, further plasticizing the material and filter contamination which can achieve stable extrusion.


Process flow: 
Screw feeder ( OPTIONAL)→ Force feeder→1# Degassing screw extruder →1# Hydraulic filer exchanger→2# screw extruder →2# Hydraulic filer exchanger→  Mould head →Water ring cutting →Dewatering machine→ Air dryer Blowing system→ Storage hoper→ Finished product packing.

1.Screw Feeder: convey Plastic scraps into the main machine.
2.1# Extruding system: plasticizing material and exhausting gas.
3.1# High-speed Net exchanging system: filter material impurity, to make production more stable.
4.2# Extruding system: plasticizing material.
5.2# High-speed Net exchanging system and Die-head: Second filter material impurity, to make production more stable.
6.Water ring pelletizing machine: cutting pellets in water.
7.Water tank: cooling pellets.
8. Dewater machine: make pellets dry.
9.Vibration sieve: remove bad pellet and keep good pellet.
10.Air Blower: convey good pellets into silo.
11.Storage silo: keep pellet.
