Brief of PP/PE Plastic Granulator :
1. Raw material: PP PE film and woven bags, etc.
2. Final product: PP PE granules

4. Special vacuum degassing system

Working Principle:
1. Linkage with the film-making machine: During the film-making process of the film-making machine, the leftovers of the film are immediately sent to the traction mechanism of the granulator, and the extrusion mechanism half-melts the leftovers and extrudes them to the mold. After the mechanism cuts into uniform particles, it is inhaled by the feeding cooling mechanism and sent to the cooling pipe, and finally to the customer's collection device to complete the recycling of waste.
2. Used in slitting machine: roll the slit trimmings on the paper core in an orderly manner, and send the rolls to granulation for granulation.
