Outer layer can use different material like PVC,PE,ABS etc. And the coated layer is iron,stainless steel pipe,aluminum tube and other different materials.
It can be used in outdoor and indoor, for decoration,warm preservation,anticorrosion and so on.
PVC coating pipe processing flow:
Raw material →Steel straighter feeder→Pre-heater→Coating mold→45/28 Single screw extruder→Cooling water tank→Blowing system→Haul off→Cutter and meter counter→Pipe rack→finished product inspecting&packing
1. Suitable to U-PVC,C-PVC,M-PVC,HDPE,LDPE,PPR,PP,ABS pipe extrusion
2. plastic pipe with various diameter and wall thickness, from 16-800mm.
3. the steel pipe coating pe plastic machine mainly includes single/twin screw extruder, pipe extrusion die, vacuum calibrating water tank, spray cooling water tank, hauling unit, cutting unit and stack unit.the extruder is specially designed for producing PVC pipe.
