Description:
1.Frame dismantling machine
The dismantling of waste photovoltaic panel frame equipment has the advantages of low energy consumption and easy operation. We can also customize production lines with high levels of automation according to customers. Output: 1000-1200kg/h.
2.Heating platform
The photovoltaic panel heating platform equipment adopts stainless steel mesh belt conveyor, and the speed can be adjusted according to the temperature. The hot air system adopts electric heating method, which has the characteristics of low energy consumption and no pollution. Output: 1000-1200kg/h
3.Photovoltaic panel glass removal machine
This device is designed for removing glass from photovoltaic modules. It can remove glass from photovoltaic modules efficiently, quickly, and safely, which a glass removal rate of over 95%.
Principle: The photovoltaic panels with aluminum frames and junction boxes removed are transported into the heating chain and heated by constant temperature hot air,It can soften EVA and shape the photovoltaic panel before entering the machine. The glass removal machine head is equipped with 48 sets of white steel milling cutters, which remove glass through the reciprocating motion of the milling cutters. The dust generated during the glass removal process is collected by a set of pulse bag filters. The removed glass is transported by a fully enclosed belt to a grading screen, separating glass particles and glass powder, thereby increasing the value of the glass. Output: 1000-1200kg/h
4.The double shaft shredder
It suitable for waste recycling in various industries, with requirements such as electronic waste, plastic, metal, wood, waste rubber, packaging drums, pallets, etc. There are various types of recycled materials, and the shredded materials can be directly recycled or further refined according to requirements. This series of dual axis shredders has the characteristics of low speed, high torque, and low noise. It adopts a computer PLC programming control series, which can automatically control the equipment's start stop, reverse, and automatic reverse control function after overload.
5.Hammer crusher
Hammer crushers are suitable for crushing materials including plastics, alloys, and metals. Various scrap metals, circuit boards, cans, copper aluminum radiators, etc. are broken into clusters to improve the speed of reprocessing.
This equipment is a multi-purpose and high-efficiency crushing equipment. Its working principle is to use the basic principle of hammer impact. Driven by a high-speed and high torque motor, the hammer head on the main rotor alternately hits the material to be crushed into the chamber, and the material is crushed through the space formed between the lining plate and the hammer head.
6.Multi functional grinding machine
The fully automatic multifunctional grinding machine belongs to the blade type plastic grinding machine series, which has the characteristics of high output (KG) and low energy consumption. It is used for powder processing of materials such as PE, PVC, PP, PS, ABS, nylon, EVA, PET, etc. It is a supporting equipment for the reuse of waste circuit boards and aluminum-plastic sorting and reuse equipment. Its main function is to grind circuit boards or aluminum-plastic materials into powder, providing convenience for sorting.
