Loading Machine Technical Description:
Due to the particular length of metal chips, the stability of the machine will be affected when high-speed deoiling is used. When loading, uniform feeding must be considered. The lifting system directly lifts the trolley (box) and sends it to the feeding hopper, which is equipped with a vibration motor. All materials enter the deoiling machine after being transported by vibration. This solution is specially designed for deoiling long and short mixed copper scraps. The loading conveyor is equipped with an automatic liquid level device, so that the oil in the conveyor can be automatically pumped into the designated container through the automatic liquid level switch. , to prevent oil spills from causing secondary pollution to the workshop environment. The bottom of the deoiling machine has a liquid storage tank and is equipped with an automatic liquid level. The separated oil can be pumped into the designated oil tank regularly.
Process Flow:
