Description:
The Pipe and Profile Granulators of the PNPC series are available in rotor widths of up to 1400mm and diameters ranging from 560 to700 mm. The completely welded heavy steel cutting chamber is angled and fitted with an extended hopper to allow easy feeding of parts. The standard V-cut creates a high quality regrind with a very low percentage of fines in the output material. Other standard features include a hydraulically opened hopper for outboard bearings reducing the risk of contamination.

1.Rigid steel body to be resistant to impact.Balanced main shaft to ensure safely and smoothly running.
V-shape cutting geometry to minimize friction between crushing material and both interior sidewalls. 3 groups,4 groups or 5 groups of rotors available depending on different crushing material.
2.External bearing built outside the main body for easy maintenance and optimum heat abstraction.
3.Separate calibration support for easily renewing blades and adjusting distance between blade edge and supporting bolts.
